A Study Of Marx’s Thought Of Cultural Criticism

According to the growth of his ownexperience, the development degree of capitalism and the situation of theworkers’ movement, Marx successively criticized the religious culture ofcapitalism, the classical Philosophy of Germany and the economic ethics ofcapitalism. A series of cultural critical thoughts formed from this are theimportantembodimentofdialecticalmaterialismmethodologyandepistemology,aswellastheideologicalexpressionofitspracticalphilosophywithitsextremeconcernforpeopleasitsessence.The main body of this paper consists of four chapters. The introduction part of the first chapter is a general introduction of the topic selection background and research significance, research results at home and abroad, research paths and methods, innovation and shortcomings of the thesis, laying a foundation for the following discussion. The second chapter mainly expounds the basic concept and logical starting point of Marx’s cultural critical thought. By clarifying the conceptual connotation of culture and cultural critical thought, it reveals the main object and essential characteristics of Marx’s cultural critical thought, and then explores the philosophical origin and practical basis of the formation of Marx’s cultural critical thought. The third chapter analyzed the main content of Marx’s cultural criticism, and fully discusses the Marx’s criticism of the religious culture of capitalism, Marx’s criticism of the German classical philosophy, and Marx’s criticism of the capitalist economic ethics, in combing Marx cultural critique thought evolution course at the same time, further reveal the core content of the marxist cultural criticism thought, to the person’s attention. Chapter four discusses the value of Marx’s cultural critical thought in theory and practice. Its theoretical value is reflected in the dialectical negation of bourgeois culture and the prospect of constructing proletarian culture.
