Study On The Loss And Reconstruction Of Chinese Cultural Self-confidence In Modern Times

Culture is the blood and soul of a nation.Under the current international situation,cultural soft power has become an important part of measuring comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.Since the 18 th national congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned cultural confidence on important occasions,and elevating "cultural confidence" as one of the "four" to the level of national strategy.Cultural confidence is an inevitable requirement for realizing a great modern socialist country,a prerequisite for realizing the "Chinese dream",and an urgent need to cope with the current cultural shock.Therefore,it is an important topic of The Times to study the significance and historical process of cultural confidence.This paper introduces the problems of the loss of cultural confidence and the reconstruction of modern culture from four aspects.The first part tells the meaning of culture and cultural self-confidence,as well as the role of culture and the role of cultural self-confidence on the country and the nation.The second part discusses the dynamic course of modern culture from confidence to loss.The third part analyzes the reasons for the loss of cultural self-confidence in modern times,as well as the pros and cons.The fourth part,on the basis of grasping the influence and enlightenment of the loss of cultural confidence in modern times,discusses the path of the reconstruction of cultural confidence in contemporary times,and explains the process of the loss of cultural confidence in modern times and the reconstruction of cultural confidence in contemporary times from the perspective of history and logic.
