With the continuous development of globalization and informatization,the level of education informatization is constantly improved,and the ways of teachers' post-service training are more diversified.Network continuing education has gradually become one of the important ways for in-service teachers to improve their professional level.To improve the effectiveness of network continuing education,it is necessary to study the attitude and opinions of teachers involved in training.In this study,literature,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the primary school English teachers involved in network continuing education in a certain district of Chengdu,focusing on their attitudes and opinions on the way of network continuing education.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 216 primary school English teachers in 28 primary schools in this area,and a semi-structured interview was conducted among 22 primary school English teachers.Try to understand the following four aspects of the content :1.Is the enthusiasm of teachers to network continuing education;2.Teachers' satisfaction with the curriculum of network continuing education;3.Teachers' satisfaction with the teaching staff of network continuing education continuing education;4.Teachers' satisfaction and opinion on the evaluation methods of network continuing education.Through the results of the questionnaire statistics and analysis of the interview data found :1.The overall enthusiasm for network continuing education is low.The main reasons are: lack of policy support,the education system has not issued the relevant policy system,teachers' awareness and enthusiasm to participate in continuing education is not high;teachers' teaching work is heavy,it is difficult to spare time for systematic learning;the content of education is partly old and unattractive.2.overall satisfaction with the curriculum of network continuing education is not high.The main performance is: think that the curriculum is single,the proportion of content is improper;network curriculum resources construction and application level is low;curriculum content and teacher practice disjointed.3.satisfaction with the allocation of teachers in network continuing education is low.The main performance is: full-time network continuing education teachers are weak,network continuing education induction requirements are not strict;age structure is unreasonable,more young teachers.4.satisfaction with the evaluation method of network continuing education is not high.The main opinions are as follows: the evaluation method of network continuing education is single,and the evaluation method only pays attention to formalization,which is of little significance.According to the conclusion of the study,we should pay attention to the following problems if we want to enhance the effectiveness of English subject network continuing education :1.Strengthen the understanding of primary school English teachers to network continuing education,enhance their internal driving force to participate in training;2.Improve the suitability of curriculum,reflect the multi-objective module;3.Strengthen the network continuing education teacher construction,help teachers to better imitate learning.4.establish more scientific and effective teaching evaluation methods and give play to the guiding function of evaluation.
