With the enhancement of China's national strength,international exchanges are becoming more frequent,and the number of people learning Chinese is increasing.The ever-increasing “Chinese language craze” has brought opportunities and challenges to the promotion of Chinese teaching worldwide.Under such a new situation,the country needs to train a large number of excellent teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.Since Teacher Talk runs through the entire Chinese classroom,Teacher Talk training is a top priority for teacher training of Chinese as a foreign language.After reviewing the relevant study on Teacher Talk,it is found that there is very little study on Teacher Talk in the intermediate-level comprehensive class of Chinese as a foreign language.Therefore,it is very practical to investigate and study the Teacher Talk in the intermediate-level comprehensive class of Chinese as a foreign language.This study,taking Shenyang Borui Education and Training School's intermediate-level Chinese as a foreign language as an example,using observations,surveys,and interviews to organize and analyze the Teacher Talk in intermediate-level comprehensive class of Chinese from the four aspects: Teacher Talk's amount,teacher' question types and questioning methods,teacher' feedback,and teacher-student interaction adjustment methods,exploring the current problems of Teacher Talk in the intermediate-level comprehensive class of Chinese and putting forward reasonable suggestions,hope to provide reference for future related study and make some contributions to improving the teaching efficiency and training quality of teachers in Chinese as a foreign language.There are six parts in this study: The first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the study.The second part is the study on the related theories of teacher talk in Chinese as a foreign language,it briefly summarizes the definition,theoretical resources,classification,functions of Teacher Talk and the current study on Teacher Talk at home and abroad.The third part is the design of the study,which mainly analyzes the specific study problems,objects,methods,tools,thinking and implementation process,in preparation for the following specific investigation and analysis.The fourth part mainly carried out detailed data statistics and case analysis from the four aspects: Teacher Talk's amount,teacher's questions,teacher's feedback and teacher-student interaction adjustment.The fifth part is about the reflection and teaching suggestions of the Teacher Talk in the intermediate-level comprehensive class of Chinese as a foreign language.The sixth part is a summary of this study.
