The Study On The Relationship Between History And Xiao Shuo Under The Tang Dynasty

The study of the relationship between history and XiaoShuo has a long history.Although the study from the perspective of literary history has reached a very detailed stage,there are still some biases,even conflicts with some studies of history.This paper takes the relationship between history and XiaoShuo in Tang Dynasty as the research object,and makes an in-depth discussion on this issue.This paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter expounds the relevant theories,which shows that the distinction between the history and the XiaoShuo in Tang Dynasty is not as established in the ancient bibliography.Under the standard of Four-Branch Classification,we can't distinguish the ZaShi,XiaoShuo and even the ZaJia effectively,and can't explain the essential relationship between the history of Tang Dynasty and XiaoShuo,and the discussion of its evolution origin is often superficial or blinded by some value orientation.Only by combining the research of modern scholars such as Zhou xunchu and Cheng Yizhong,with the theory of Western historian,can we further solve the related problems.The basic method of this paper is that the difference between history and XiaoShuo can only be realized after abandoning the standard of "truth",the relationship between history and literary creation under the theory of "record and application" can be explored,and then the essence of existence of ZaShi,XiaoShuo and ChuanQi can be analyzed.On this basis,the second chapter further analyzes the possibility of history and XiaoShuo creation,and points out that the toleration of Tang Dynasty culture and the development of history culture are the most important conditions for the development of XiaoShuo.The third chapter discusses the influence of the development of XiaoShuo on history in Tang Dynasty.They are: the development of XiaoShuo in Tang Dynasty is the forerunner of the expansion of the scope of history records,the blending of XiaoShuo language and attitude with the writing of historical books,the enlightening effect of XiaoShuo development on the generation of JiShi BenMo,and scholars' new cognition and practice on the relationship between Dynasty and XiaoShuo after the prosperity of XiaoShuo in Tang Dynasty.
