Research Of Group Composition And Daily Practice Of “Xu Guqin Room” In Anshan

At present,with the China’s reform and opening up,numberous foreign cultures were brought.It not only resulted in the cultural diversity,but also led to the conflict of individual sense of worth.In order to analyze the solution mechanism to the conflict of individual sense of worth,Xu guqin room which is a guqin group in Anshan was studied in this paper.In first part,information of Xu guqin room,including its development process,member profile and operation mode were introduced firstly.In second part,according to the observation of the Xu guqin room,content of class,purpose of running this class,enrollment standard,teaching method and teaching principles were generally introduced.In third part,value orientation of Xu guqin room and its impact on its members was analyzed by deep interview.In fourth part,the solution mechanism of Guqin class to the conflict of sense of worth was explained with two aspects: acknowledge and reconstruction of sense of worth.When individuals faced conflict of sense of worth,they would receive recognition of sense of worth from guqin class by providing a platform where the individuals having the same sense of worth.At the same time,through the interaction among members,sense of worth of the individual was reconstructed.Taking guqin class in anshan city as an example as the research object and combining with the theories of folklore and sociology,this paper mainly discusses how guqin class mediates the conflicts of values in today’s society through daily practices,and draws the following conclusions:First,the virtual instrument chamber adopts "KouChuanXinShou" way of teaching,and with harp as a medium for interactive teaching,in the process of music of violin education always runs through the education concept of "money or fame,quietism",through this kind of education concept and teaching method,the method to shape the collective values,and the values promoted as a "legitimate interests".Second,as an elegant gathering place for the members of the same "interest" guqin class,the virtual piano room provides a spiritual harbor for people with similar values that are not influenced by the outside world,enabling them to find theirspiritual home in the external environment of value conflict,gain the recognition of their own values,and meet their own psychological needs.Thirdly,the reshaping of individual values in the virtual piano room is carried out through internal and external aspects.On the one hand,through calligraphy,tea ceremony and other cultural courses to improve the members of the traditional culture and ideological realm,to achieve their own internal remodeling;On the other hand,it pays attention to the influence of the environment on itself,creates a good external environment,gradually changes the individual’s values by osmosis,and realizes the external remodeling of members’ values.
