The Project Operation Research Of The Dance Drama <Haihe Hongfan>

The large-scale original dance drama "Haihe Red Sail ",launched by Tianjin Opera and Dance Theatre,is the first domestic ballet national standard dance fusion."Haihe Hongfan" is a project funded by the National Art Fund in 2017,and is also the key production repertoire of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture,Radio,Film and Television.This work is adapted from the existing TV series "Front Blade ",which tells a novel work of Oriental reality and romanticism in the language of ballet and national standard dance.It not only respects and inherits the original author's creation and thought,but also expresses it through the form of classical elegance and revolutionary and powerful national standard dance to the world.Based on the theories of music and dance and art,this paper uses the professional knowledge of art management,case analysis,interview investigation,literature research,empirical research,classification and contrast,and interviews first-line creators and dancers,collates,collects and sums up a large number of related materials,combines knowledge with personal practice,and finally takes the project operation research of "Haihe Hongfan" as the subject.This paper analyzes the characteristics of "Haihe Hongfan" from the point of entry;analyzes the way of fund operation and team management from "one goal,matrix management ";summarizes the marketing strategy of dance drama as " three definite principles ",that is positioning market,positioning propaganda,positioning marketing three levels;finally,the art ontology,market operation,lack of talent aspects of dance drama,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
