Research On The Construction Of Evaluation System For The Sustainable Tourism Development Of The Ancient Tea-horse Road From The Perspective Of Cultural Routes

Culture is becoming an important factor in the development of tourism industry.On the one hand,tourism demand urges tourism to pay more attention to cultural connotation;on the other hand,industrial transformation limits the amount of natural resources available to tourism,and the requirement of sustainable development forces tourism to assume more social responsibilities.All these requirements are narrowing the growth space of tourism,and culture is just the starting point for tourism to break through the limitation of resources and open up new horizons.Cultural routes are the earliest cultural heritage activities carried out by means of tourism.Therefore,they are closely related to cultural routes and tourism activities.Firstly,the development of cultural industries and tourism activities on cultural routes is the best way to show the economic value of the routes.Secondly,the overall view of cultural routes is conducive to the protection of linear and regional tourist destinations.In other words,using the idea of cultural route is helpful to innovate the thinking and mode of tourism development,and protect and inherit its cultural value and social value while developing its economic value.The development of tourism on cultural routes can be achieved by linking separate tourist attractions,facilities and services,urban settlements,roads and bridges,and environmental ecology through stories spanning time and space along the "cultural route",forming route,band,and reticulated tourist destination.There is a certain logical relationship between the cultural route and the evaluation system.From the perspective of the development process,the cultural route is the product of the development of tourism,heritage protection,and cultural awareness to a certain degree.Precise planning for sustainable development.The tourism evaluation system on cultural routes strives to form an industry standard.It is a dynamic process to determine the operation of tourism companies and formats on the route,to determine the values of all stakeholders in the route,and to strengthen government guidance and management of the route.It can promote the development of cultural tourism in the direction of clarity and standardization.China's cultural routes are rich in resources and have a goodfoundation for developing cultural tourism,but there are many problems in actual tourism practice,such as stopping at the development of existing resources and ignoring long-term cultural construction;more attention is paid to the construction of scenic spots.Ignore the protection and development of human land and humanities;ignore the cooperation of relevant stakeholders,have not formed a joint force,and have not formed a sustainable development alliance.Therefore,taking the concept of cultural routes as a guide,the pilot construction of a comprehensive evaluation system for the sustainable development of tourism in the southern Yunnan section of the ancient tea-horse road in Yunnan Province has important exploration and demonstration significance for the development of cultural routes and tourism development in China.Therefore,based on a large amount of literature,this article first summarizes the characteristics and classification of cultural lines,determines the characteristics of cultural lines in time,space,essence and function,as well as the types and classifications divided by length,area,function,etc..Second,in order to make the research more accurate,it was decided to conduct research based on a type of cultural line.Finally,after choosing among the existing cultural routes in Yunnan Province,we decided to take the Tea Horse Road as a case study site and carry out the research in accordance with the following steps: First,a three-component model of "social-economic-environment" in the framework of a sustainable development indicator system Based on the five-component model of "resources-societyenvironment-value-economy",the model uses a four-layer framework of "target layer,criterion layer,project layer and indicator layer".Secondly,it summarizes the latest progress in the research of cultural routes,cultural tourism,and sustainable tourism evaluation.It classifies the cultural elements of the same or similar nature in cultural routes,and considers the time,space and environment involved.Background and other factors,finally identified 65 evaluation indicators involving multiple fields.Third,through interviews with 36 experts,AHP was used to list 19 pairs of importance comparison matrices.After performing single-level sorting and total-level sorting,the weights of each indicator were determined and determined.Theevaluation system assigns scores to the indicators,and at the same time classifies the tourist routes according to the scores.Fourth,the comprehensive evaluation system is applied,and the empirical research is conducted on the southern Yunnan section of the ancient tea-horse road with high cultural value.The relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement and improvement of cultural routes and the sustainable development of cultural tourism on the routes are given.It is suggested to try to deepen the significance of the construction of comprehensive evaluation system.
