Research On Vocabulary Of Zhuanglang Dialect In Gansu Province

Zhuanglang County lies in the east of Gansu Province and belongs to Pingliang.Zhuanglang dialect belongs to Longzhong section of Central Plain Mandarin.There are many researches on Gansu dialect,but most of them pay attention to the dialects of the key cities and counties,on the basis of which more research is done on phonetics,not much on vocabulary and grammar,and even less on Zhuanglang dialect.So far,we have found only five papers on the study of Zhuanglang dialect,which are related to phonetics and grammar,but not to the analysis of Zhuanglang dialect vocabulary,which provides a space for vocabulary description.Based on the local dialect,we systematically collate the vocabulary of Zhuanglang dialect through field investigation,on the basis of which,we analyze and describe them,revealing the characteristics of Zhuanglang dialect vocabulary and the folk customs it reflects.This article divides into seven parts according to the different angle.The introduction introduces the geographical population and historical evolution of Zhuanglang,summarizes the current research situation of Gansu dialect and Zhuanglang dialect,elaborates the research goal,significance and method of this paper,describes the phonetic system of Zhuanglang dialect;A brief introduction is given to the cooperator of pronunciation.The first chapter describes the characteristics of Zhuanglang dialect vocabulary,mainly from the form and meaning of two aspects.By comparing the vocabulary of Zhuanglang dialect with that of Putonghua,the characteristics of vocabulary in form and meaning of Zhuanglang dialect are highlighted.The second chapter describes the word-building of Zhuanglang dialect.In Zhuanglang dialect,there are many monosyllabic and simple words,especially the part of verb.Most of them follow ancient Chinese until now.The word-formation of compound words in Zhuanglang dialect is the same as that in Mandarin,there are compound forms,overlapping forms and additional forms,but the morphemes of compound words have the characteristics of Zhuanglang dialect.The third chapter describes the motivation for the creation of words inZhuanglang dialect,including direct naming and indirect naming.Direct naming also includes naming the shape,color,smell,function,place and nature of things,indirect naming includes naming from the perspective of rhetoric and culture.Chapter Four describes the characteristic words of Zhuanglang dialect,including four-syllable words,swear words and archaic words.To make them very local.The fifth chapter introduces the folk culture of Zhuanglang dialect,which reflects the local customs and cultural connotation from the aspects of marriage and funeral,diet and folk art.The conclusion summarizes the research of this paper,we can find the shortcomings of this paper,and provide more valuable clues for the latter research.
