The 20 th century is an era in which art is diversified.After the end of World War II,artists have established their own artistic styles,and various artistic styles are colorful.In this context,the artist Alberto Giacometti and Avigdor Arikha follow their own inner pursuit of reality,and have begun to reflect on their own abstract artistic creations,which have been greatly successful,and then turned to figurative Realistic style of creation.In the later paintings,the two took the inspiration from the daily life around them,through the still life and the sketching of the characters,they tried to express in the picture,convey the closest thing to the real thing,and explore the way of real observation and sketching.Really.He has also made important achievements in figurative performance painting and has inspired many East and West artists.Based on the background of the times,this paper focuses on the similarity of the two professors’ viewing philosophy and the creative concept of painting,contrasting the differences and connections between painting language in space,color and virtual reality,and the diversity of figurative language.The possibility of discussion,and finally came to some inspiration for my creative ideas.
