Research On The Contemporary Development And Social Function Of Da Zhao Temple In Hohhot

Huhhot Da Zhao temple is a Tibetan buddhist temple built in the wanli period of the Ming dynasty,after the Ming,qing and republic dynasties ushered in the establishment of the People's Republic of China.After more than 400 years of development and evolution,the present Da Zhao temple is not only a place for religious and cultural activities,but also a symbol of Hohhot's urban culture and tourist attraction,which plays an important role in the economic,social and cultural life of Hohhot.Therefore,from the perspective of marxist religious view,it is of great significance to study the contemporary development status of Da Zhao temple and its effect and influence on economic and social development,and to study the theory and practice of religion and socialist society.By collecting and sorting out the historical documents and research results of Da Zhao temple,combined with field research,interviews and other methods,this paper conducts research and analysis on the development and changes of Da Zhao temple in contemporary times.The thesis is divided into four parts.The preface part explains the significance of the research,the previous research results,the research methods and the difficult problems.Chapter one briefly describes the historical background and development process of the establishment of Da Zhao temple in Hohhot.The second chapter introduces the legal process and development of Da Zhao temple in modern times.The third chapter analyzes and studies the influence of Da Zhao temple on the current society from the aspects of social function,social function,city image,tourism development,and so on.
