The culture in the Tang Dynasty is so open and tolerant,achieving increasing communication between the Tang Dynasty and the Western Regions.The blending and influence between all kinds of culture,especially in Tang Dynasty,largely promoted the development of art and culture in the Tang Dynasty.In such a cultural backdrop,“tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty” was born.The collection of lead-glazed pottery in Tang Dynasty was called "tri-colored glazed pottery ",most of which were found in the tombs of the Tang Dynasty,with the highest aesthetic level in the glorious age of Tang period.“Tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty” presents special regional culture wholly,and implies historical information of social development of human being at that time.Therefore,each pottery is an epitome of the Tang Dynasty.Among various artworks of “Tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty”,Hu dance music of “tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty” in the glorious age of Tang period stands out,representing an exotic culture.Still,the styles of Hu music dance pottery not only indicate the characteristics of orchestration in Tang Dynasty,but act as an important evidence for people to study communication between Tang Dynasty and foreign cultures.Therefore,the author tries to explore whether the orchestration style exist in daily life in Tang Dynasty through the pottery of Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery in the glorious age of Tang period as well as previous studies.Meanwhile,the author aims to make a thorough and comprehensive study of the aesthetic style of people in the glorious age of Tang period by comparing the orchestration of Hu music dance in Dunhuang frescoes with Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery in the glorious age of Tang period because the latter one is limited.The article is divided into four parts.Introduction is about research significance,research status,research ideas of this study.Then the first part explains the research background of Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty,including the definition of tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty,social and cultural backdrop in the glorious age of the Tang Dynasty and styles of Hu music dance in the glorious age of the Tang Dynasty.And the second part is the analysis of orchestration of Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty.Through the analysis of musical instruments and musicians,it is compared with the orchestration in Dunhuang frescos to understand the characteristics of the orchestration of music dance in the Tang Dynasty.Besides,the third part focuses on the characteristics of orchestration of Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery of the TangDynasty so as to analyze the aesthetic style of people at that time for music,and the author tries to analyze the aesthetic taste of people in the Tang Dynasty for Hu music dance from the perspective of semiotics.The forth part is conclusion.In the context of the Tang Dynasty society,the integration of foreign culture and Central Plains culture lays the foundation for the creation of Hu music dance of tri-colored glazed pottery of the Tang Dynasty.And the conclusion part summarizes the orchestration of Hu music dance and explores the orchestration of Hu music dance as well as its instruments in the Tang Dynasty,which provides perspectives for scholars on the recovery of music dance in the Tang Dynasty.
