Since ancient times,human life and production have been closely related to animals,which is also reflected in fine arts.For example,animal images such as cattle and horses were painted in cave paintings in prehistoric times.After the development of the past dynasties,animal subjects are loved by painters,who show the cute and playful side of animals.Or the animal as the figurative object of human will,produces many images.As the master of nature,the tiger has been in an endangered situation in recent years.Compared with horses,cows,cranes and other common objects,how to change its image and spirit in the contemporary context is a new problem faced by animal painters.On the one hand,it shows how the painter should express the relationship between the tiger and human,tiger and nature under the background of the harmonious coexistence between human and nature.On the other hand,it shows how elaborate-style tiger painting and the Chinese literati-style painting of tiger should better integrate with the concept of "activeness and mien" in Chinese painting and convey the characteristics of national art.In addition,the tiger image itself has the special traditional cultural connotation and folk custom significance,which makes the tiger subject in the development of Chinese painting has a deep re searchable.Because of this,we should pay more attention to the painters who have really made their own innovations in both the expression paradigm and spiritual content of the tiger theme to promote the development of this theme.Guang yuankun is a painter who devoted his life to the art of tiger painting and made his own ideas.In the 20 th century,the rise of new art education system and the inheritance system of Chinese traditional art characteristics formed a "friend and enemy" relationship.For painters,how to choose and explore the painting language is the challenge of The Times.It was during this period that the paintings of guangyuankun became mature and developed.With the academic education background of the combination of east and west,guangyuankun was used by me in the painting school and integrated with others,thus inheriting and promoting the artistic achievements of his predecessors.At present,the academic community has little understanding of the art of tiger painting,and the research on the performance and spiritual communication of its techniques and achievements for the art of tiger painting is far from enough.Out of consideration of the lack of research on the guangyuan kun tiger painting and in order to pay attention to the subject matter,this paper starts with the case study of the painter to make a special study on the art of tiger painting.The research on tiger theme is relatively thin compared with other themes.Therefore,the author firstly sets forth the background of this paper,discusses the artistic characteristics and shortcomings of ancient tiger paintings and analyzes the reasons by analyzing the folk culture contained in the tiger image and combing and analyzing the ancient tiger art modeling.Began on light yuan Kun tiger art stage and expressive features,fully explore its artistic development course,and how the light in the art practice yuan Kun original to art itself,reached the height of the traditional Chinese painting "vivid",thus the author can through the mists of time changes and the art of numerous and complicated rheological,objectively expounded yuan Kun in light tiger painting influence and achievements in art,strive for the development of Chinese painting tiger art subjects to make valuable discussion.
