With preschool education becoming one of the focuses of social concern in recentyears,the quality of kindergarten teachers has also become a research hotspot.How to cultivate healthy,red and professional,high-quality and happy preschool teachers has become an important and urgent issue facing the current college preschool normal schools.Previous studies have confirmed to some extent that subjective well-being is correlated with career self-efficacy,subjective well-being and teaching motivation,career decision-making self-efficacy and achievement motivation,but there is no research that combines subjective well-being,career self-efficacy and joining the Party motivation.Therefore,this study takes college kindergarten teachers and students as subjects to explore the possible relationship between the three.In order to provide valuable reference for ideological and political education,mental health education and Party building in schools.In this study,Jinan and Li Yousui compiled the Subjective Well-being Scale for College Students,Liu Baosheng compiled the Career Self-efficacy Scale for College Students,Lei Shuangshuang compiled the Questionnaire on Motivation of Post-90 s College Students to Join the Party,with Fujian Vocational Preschool Teachers College,Minjiang Normal College,Quanzhou Normal College for Early Childhood,Xiamen City Vocational College.933 students majoring in public pre-school education at five tertiary levels,such as Zhangzhou City Vocational College,were surveyed with questionnaires,and 933 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0 was used to describe the collected data,t-test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on.The following results were obtained:Firstly,the subjective well-being of junior high school teachers and teachers is above-average.The subjective well-being of boys is significantly higher than that of girls.The first-year students are significantly higher than the second-and third-grade students.There is no significant difference between the students and the only children.Secondly,the overall self-efficacy of college teachers and teachers is better.There are significant differences in gender and grade,that is,boys are significantly better than girls,first-year students are significantly better than second-and third-grade students,but in the place of birth and whether they are only children.No significant difference;Thirdly,the motivation of junior college teachers and students to join the party is generally positive.There are significant differences in gender and grade,that is,boys' political appeals are significantly stronger than girls,and first-year students' scores of joining the party's motivation are significantly higher than those of second and third grade students.,but there is no significant difference between the place of birth and whether it is the only child;Fourthly,Subjective well-being of College preschool teachers and students is positively correlated with various types of motivation to join the Party;career self-efficacy of College preschool teachers and students is positively correlated with various types of motivation to join the Party(except conformity);subjective well-being of College preschool teachers and students is positively correlated with life self-efficacy on the whole;subjective well-being of College Preschool teachers and students is positively correlated with the entry of the Party.All types of Party motivation and career self-efficacy have a certain predictive effect;career self-efficacy also has a certain predictive effect on all types of motivation for joining the party;career self-efficacy plays a part of intermediary effect between subjective well-being and all types of motivation for joining the party(except conformity type).Subjective well-being and motivation to join the Party are positively correlated on the whole;career self-efficacy and motivation to join the Party are positively correlated on the whole;subjective well-being and career self-efficacy are positively correlated on the whole;subjective well-being can predict motivation to join the Party and life self-efficacy to some extent.Use;Career self-efficacy can also predict the motivation of joining the Party;Career self-efficacy plays a part of intermediary role between subjective well-being and motivation of joining the Party.
