Analysis Of The Arrangement And Performance Of The Harry Potter Theme Song "Hedwig's Theme" On The Electronic Organ

"Hedwig's Theme" is the background music created by the famous composer John Williams for the film Harry Potter,which is very magical and dramatic.The author of the thesis arranged the song for electronic organ to participate in the National Electronic Organ Competition and gained some experience in arrangement and performance.The thesis consists of two parts.The first part analyzes the arrangement of "Hedwig's Theme" for electronic organ from the perspectives of score reduction,timbre editing,and percussion design.The second part analyzes the performance of "Hedwig's Theme" on the electronic organ from three aspects--the instrument-playing skills,the methods of performing,and the layout of the hierarchical changes--and explores how to better utilize the characteristics of the three-keyboard layout of the electronic organ.
