The new round of curriculum reform clearly puts forward the "three-level curriculum management system",that is,we will implement a national,local and school management system.Detailed development work needs to fit the detailed situation of the place,combined with the school’s tradition and advantages,students’ interests and needs,and develop local,flexible,diverse and optional curriculum.Under the promotion of education curriculum reform,depending on its own flexibility,school-based curriculum has evolved into a key program for the future development of vocational schools.It plays a key role in helping the school to develop its characteristics,improve its teaching and research level,and develop more excellent talents.At present,the development of school-based curriculum in Changchun vocational and technical school is limited to accounting computerization,automobile application and maintenance,urban rail transit and other specialties,and there is no research on the development and utilization of folk culture in the school-based curriculum of tourism management specialty from the perspective of tourism.Taking Changchun vocational and technical school as an example,this paper selects six theme modules: Tourism and folk culture overview,clothing,food,housing and transportation folk culture,material production folk culture,life etiquette folk culture,making folk culture at the age of,folk tourism culture,folk tourism culture,and Changchun vocational and technical school tourism management professionals by questionnaire and interview Analysis of the development and implementation of the propulsion system around the supporting.This paper discusses the value and significance of the school-based curriculum development of tourism and folk culture from three aspects: the school-based curriculum embodies the school-based characteristics,pays attention to the development of students’ personality,and promotes the personal development of teachers;from the aspects of the nature and objectives of the school-based curriculum,it comprehensively discusses the selection of the curriculum content,the formulation of the implementation principles,various teaching methods and evaluations in the implementation process,and displays the school-based curriculum It also shows the teaching process of the school-based curriculum of folk custom culture in Changchun vocational and technical school.However,there must be many problems and difficulties in the process of school-based curriculum development,but we must realize that school-based curriculum is not only beneficial to the development of students and teachers,but also plays an important role in promoting the overall teaching quality of the school.Therefore,the school should establish an incentive mechanism,improve the school-based curriculum management system,encourage students to participate in the curriculum development extensively,and improve the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in the development.
