The Prison Poetry’s Study In The Tang Dynasty

Poetry of Tang Dynasty is a peak of the development of poetry,which have superb achivement including theme,writing styles,artistic characteristics and social content.In all these theme researches of Tang poertry,prison theme is always been ignored,in fact,prison poetry of Tang Dynasty has taken sharp that implicate abundant social content,judicial culture and prison culture showing lively characteristics of times.A study of Prison poetry in Tang Dynasty is not only beneficial for completing the psychology research to relative poets,but also has value to understand the truth of ancient law and dominate situasion of Tang Dynasty.Therefore,Prison poetry’s study in Tang Dynasty has essenctial academic value.The paper mainly study prison poetry of Tang dynasty and combine many other fields all within Tang Dynasty including the history,literature and law to analyse social content and the spirit of the time.The paper has five parts:Part One:It is necessary to discuss the literature tradition on prison poetry’s creation and the quality of prison related to Judicial Pre Trial of Tang Dynasty.In order to emphasize the Art characteristics of Tang Dynasty,it is important to define the concept of prison poetry and have statistics on the amount of these target poetryies to analyse the difference among Tang Dynasty to others.Part Two:In order to analyse and classificate social content of prison poetries in Tang Dynasty,the paper has four dimensions to discuss clearly including being in prison in person,other people who are officials or common people in jail,aspect of the judge and some poetries recalled the past.Part Three:To discuss the art characteristics of prison poetries inTang Dynasty,it could analyse in four aspects that are including imagery,allusion,narration and language.Part Four:It is necessary to discuss the reason of prison poetries in Tang Dynasty token sharp,which has four dimensions including direct reason,social factors,original reason and essential reason.Part Five:It is needed to summarize the literature significance,which is including the theme,psychological study,quality of ancient law and the domination situation.All in all,the meticulous study in prison poetries of Tang Dynasty is both beneficial to dig more content of the prison theme and more social content of Tang Dynasty.
