As we all know,the trial is a key step in the handling of cases and it is a necessary procedure to settle a lawsuit since ancient times,fair trial program is an important guarantee for the trial decision in the case.At the stage of Qin and Han dynasties,the ancient China traditional interrogation system is initial formation and development,and it has a profound impact on subsequent feudal dynasty and the administration of justice in today’s society.Interrogation System Research Qin and Han Dynasties is important for the study of ancient China’s judicial system.Combining historical documents and bamboo slips unearthed information,I have a preliminary,systematic research on the trial system in the Qin and Han dynasties.First paper introduces the setting of the trial bodies and officials of Qin and Han Dynasties,And explores the Qin and Han Dynasties trial-level problem: Qin and Han Dynasties’ trial institution setting and administrative authorities are generally consistent.On the level it can be divided into central,county,and county levels.Then from The Courier-related cases,no romance card Debate report,interrogation,test evidence,covering news,several aspects of reading begging focuses on the operational procedures and principles of the trial system Qin and Han Dynasties,And strive to restore the basic outlook of the time trial system.In addition,the legal responsibility for this period during the trial justice officials issues detailed inspection.Through access to information,and make full use of historical documents,unearthed data and previous research results.Addendum to existing problems about previous studies and forming system understanding about Qin and Han Dynasties’ interrogation system.
