Research On The Construction Of Elements In Latin Dance Training

Sports dance,as a skill oriented sport,is difficult to express beauty.As a combination of art and sports.In the vigorous development of more than 30 years,with the continuous improvement and establishment of the international and domestic competition system,as well as the continuous improvement of the scoring rules system of sports dance,it tends to be more professional and scientific.And put forward new requirements for the technical and artistic aspects of sports dance.The competition under the World Sports Dance Federation(wdsf)pays attention to the competitive nature of sports dance,which makes its scoring rules more scientific,normative and objective.By visiting the professional players of wdsf,collecting a lot of data and teaching videos,we know that there is a close relationship between the technical movements of sports dance and the technical quality scoring elements of wdsf.The content of technical quality assessment in wdsf scoring rules has a detailed interpretation of sports dance technology and plays an important role in guiding technical training.Therefore,in order to improve the technical level of sports dance and further promote the development and popularization of sports dance in China.It is very important to study how to construct the element movement in technical training based on the evaluation content of technical quality in the scoring rules.(1)In this paper,the basic principles of the element movements in Latin dance technical training are scientific,systematic,adaptive and developmental.From wdsf scoring rules,technical quality scoring elements,Latin dance characteristics and technical characteristics,we can extract action materials that can be used for technical teaching and training alone.(2)According to the specific analysis of the elements of technical quality of wdsf scoring rules,the dance characteristics and technical characteristics of Latin five dance,based on the theoretical knowledge of dance anatomy and sports anatomy,combined with the suggestions of relevant experts.The first level indexes are three dimensions: upper limb,lower limb and trunk.The secondary indicators include eight technical links: basic posture,center of gravity conversion and transfer,body rotation and arm application,middle section and pelvis application,leg and foot method,rotation and balance,guidance,extension and respiration.The three-level indicators are 25 element movements,including body up and down rolling,body back and forth rotation,single Rumba arm application and single Cha Cha arm application.(3)The trunk and lower limbs are more important in the first dimension category of element movement in Latin dance technical training;the middle and pelvis application,legand foot method,rotation and balance,center of gravity conversion and transfer are the highest score and higher importance in the second level technical link indicators of element movement in Latin dance technical training.It is more important in the three-level indexes of element movement in Latin dance technical training that the body rolls up and down,the body rotates back and forth,the two bar in-situ center of gravity changes,the front and back center of gravity changes,the left and right center of gravity changes,the two bar front and back body guide + allow to guide the spine extension and breath,the two bar middle section and the pelvis front and back change connection.(4)There is no significant difference between the element movement index in Latin dance technical training and that in Latin dance technical training,which is investigated by experts.Therefore,the index of element movement construction in Latin dance technical training tends to be reasonable in this paper.(5)This paper further discusses that the training of element movements in Latin dance technical training should be based on the stage characteristics of movement techniques and movement transfer theory.In the primary stage of mastering,the position of technical links should be determined,and the element movements should be trained according to the characteristics of technical links.In the improvement stage,we should pay attention to the training of the elements and movements contained in the characteristics of different kinds of dance techniques,which is conducive to mastering the technical links in an all-round way.At the stage of consolidation and proficiency,we should carry out consolidation training for technical links,fully strengthen the connection between technical links,form the law of positive transfer between technologies,and make Latin dancers use Latin dance technology more effectively Proficient.
