An Analysis Of The Influence Of Family Culture On Rural Governance In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

With the coming of the new economic era which based on the development of new industries,the revitalization of industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations in rural areas has attracted much attention.Among them,the family culture has certain influence on the rural development.Under the long-term impact of the Western material culture of self-centeredness,the traditional culture has been forgotten by people.The modern society lacks the inheritance of the cultural inside information,the inheritors of the cultural heritage have sharply reduced.People should pay more attention to the cultural inheritance.In addition,the fine traditional culture needs to be valued.the family culture in the traditional culture melts into the rural area life,different family culture has different influences to the rural area.Therefore,analyzing the family culture to the village governance influence has certain research significance.The historical and cultural influences in rural areas are different from each other.Rural people play an important role in rural governance.Family culture is one of the essential components of traditional rural cultures.The family culture of Chen family in Yimen village is quite significant in traditional culture.Based on the investigation and analysis of the combination of family culture,rural autonomy and historical culture of Yimen village,this paper analyzes the influence of the Chen’s family culture on the economy,politics,education,entertainment and other aspects of the villagers’ autonomy.Combined with the spirit of "loyalty,filial piety,benevolence and righteousness" of the Chen family in Yimen village,this paper enriched the research on the Chen family culture in Yimen village,broadened the new governance mode of the Chen family culture in Yimen village and lowered the governance core to the grass-roots area of Yimen village.The spirit of "loyalty,filial piety,benevolence,righteousness" and other cultures are helpful to maintain social stability and promote economic development and infrastructure construction.Besides,it helps to promote the development of effective villager autonomy and build harmonious rural area.Apart from introduction and conclusion,this paper consist of four parts.The first part is a detailed introduction of the population,geography,history,industry,customs and other situations of Yimen village.The second part analyzes the family structure,development history and cultural values of Yimen Chen family to find out the dilemma in culture inheritance of Yimen Chen family.The third part is based on the background of Yimen village and Yimen Chen family,it discuss the influence of Yimen Chen family culture on village governance in politics,economy,clan communication and local custom construction.The last part discusses the role of family culture and points out that people should eliminate the influence of backward family culture through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of family culture,thus carrying forward the excellent family culture and promoting rural construction.
