The Analysis Of The Performance Of Gao Yan's Guzheng Concerto Qintaizhiyin

Qintaizhiyin,a Guzheng concerto composed by Professor Liu Changyuan from Composition Department of China Central Conservatory of Music in August 2015,is a music work aimed for the inheritation of the Zhiyin Culture in Jingchu Land and the storytelling of the music in Hu Bei Province,commissioned by the project Music Creation – Hu Bei Province Collaborative Creation Center in Wuhan Conservatory of Music.This work was premiered by Professor Gao Yan from Wuhan Conservatory of Music.Based on the audio-visual materials of Qintaizhiyin performed by Pro.Gao Yan accompanied by the orchestra during Huayunchufeng Symphony Concert 2018,the paper will focus on three parts: the introduction of the work,the factor analysis of the performance by Pro.Gao Yan and the performance style.Pro.Gao Yan performed this work according to both the composer's creation concept and the feature of Guzheng playing skills.The premiere realized the combination of traditional playing skills and taste and modern instrumental performance,with Guzheng as the good storyteller of Hu Bei music and a follower of Zhiyin Culture.
