Research On The Inheritance Of Local Red Culture Under The Perspective Of Public Participation

Red culture is an advanced culture with sinicized marxism as the core formed in the process of revolution,construction and reform under the leadership of the communist party of China.Local red culture as an important part of red culture,is in the long-term revolution,construction and reform practice of gradually accumulate in the environment of red culture has some local characteristics,has a good mass base,better able to guide people to the recognition and affirmation of one's own cultural values,social cohesion consensus,make people actively involved in the construction of socialist culture.Therefore,it is necessary to combine new ideas in the new era to make the local red culture have strong affinity and fresh vitality,and continuously meet the growing cultural needs of people.In the process of local red culture inheritance,it is necessary to consider the needs and ways of public participation.Only when the government and the public jointly participate in the local red culture construction can the good inheritance effect be achieved.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jin Ping has issued a series of important statements on inheriting and carrying forward the red culture.At present,the research on red culture mainly focuses on the inheritance value,significance,status and red tourism of red culture.It is necessary to study the inheritance of red culture from the regional perspective of local red culture.Taking Fenglang village of Zhanjiang city as an example,this paper studies the public participation in the local red culture inheritance and discusses the effective countermeasures for the public to participate in the local red culture inheritance.Mainly from the following seven parts:The first part is the introduction.To clarify the purpose and significance of the research,to review relevant domestic and foreign research literature,to demonstrate the value of the research,and to explain the research ideas and methods,research innovation points and limitations.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.It defines the connotation and inheritance value of red culture,the connotation and characteristics of local red culture,and the connotation of popular participation,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of red culture and popular participation.The third part is the investigation design and implementation of the public's participation in the local red culture inheritance.Clarify the field investigation process and data source,and describe the basic situation of the investigation site.The fourth part is an example analysis of the local red culture inheritance in Fenglang village of Zhanjiang city.It includes the will,content,way and effect of public participation,summarizes the problems existing in public participation in local red culture inheritance,and finally analyzes the causes.The fifth part is about the problems and causes of the people's participation in the local red culture inheritance.By sorting out the survey data and analyzing the case of Fenglang Village,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the inheritance of local red culture,and analyzes in detail the causes of the problems affecting people's willingness,content,approaches and effect of participation.The sixth part puts forward the countermeasures to promote the public to participate in the local red culture inheritance.From the perspective of public participation,according to the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the inheritance of local red culture.The seventh part is the conclusion.The article is highly summarized and refined,and the case of Fenglang village in Zhanjiang city is taken as a micro analysis to provide effective reference for the inheritance and development of local red culture and actively promote the construction of local culture.
