| Wang ziyun,who returned from France in the first half of the 20 th century,turned his artistic perspective to the art of Chinese cultural relics.Later,he set up a northwest cultural relics investigation group to explore the ancient cultural relics in northwest China,and focused on the study of ancient Chinese sculptures scattered in fields,weeds and grottoes and temples.His research activities have accumulated a lot of theoretical achievements and research materials for modern Chinese art education.His focus on ancient sculpture influenced the development direction of sculpture art education in China.Since Karen wang xian northwest cultural delegation completed Tang Ling sculpture after,this activity has drawn great attention of the Chinese culture and its achievements,and began to discuss the academic value of art,Chinese cultural relics of a method of the older generation of sculptors even lead the copy learning the ancient Chinese sculpture,and throughout the country gradually introducing ancient sculpture art sculpture in teaching.In the current multi-cultural background,higher fine arts colleges and universities are advocating reform in the teaching of sculpture art,but there is a very obvious trend,that is,the study of traditional Chinese sculpture is more and more attention;Even in some art colleges and universities,ancient sculpture has become the characteristic course of sculpture department.Under such a general trend of high cultural awareness,we should thank our ancestors and people like wang ziyun for their great contributions.Standing on the shoulders of Mr.Wang ziyun,China’s sculpture education development has our own foundation and foothold.Looking for wang ziyun’s footprints in the historical clues and connecting his inspection activities in those days to the development of sculpture education in China will help me to re-understand and think about the current road of sculpture art.Meanwhile,I hope that such thinking can guide my direction of sculpture creation. |
