| Founded by Rong Zongjing and Rong Desheng,Rong’s enterprise is one of the largest enterprise groups in modern Chinese national industry,which plays an important role in textile and flour industry.Rongshi Enterprises in the rear area of the Anti Japanese War refer to Shenxin No.4 textile company(hereinafter referred to as Shensi)and Fuxin No.5 flour company(hereinafter referred to as Fuwu),which from Wuhan moved to Chongqing and Baoji after the outbreak of the all-round Anti Japanese war in1937.They are one of the national capital enterprises mainly engaged in the production of civil products during the Anti Japanese War.After the outbreak of the all-round Anti Japanese War,from 1938 to 1945,the enterprises in the rear of Rongshi entered a new development period.Internal relocation is a epoch-making change for Shensi、Fuwu.Under the leadership of enterprise manager Li Guowei,Shensi is the first textile factory to return to work in the rear area.After the internal relocation,the situation of annual losses has been changed,and the business has been booming.Subsequently,the enterprise continued to expand,and built flour factory,Baoji Hongwen paper mill,Baoxing coal mine company,Fuxing iron factory and Baoji iron factory in Chengdu.These enterprises play an important role in the development of industry,culture and education in Northwest China.With the internal relocation,resumption of work and development after the outbreak of the all-round Anti Japanese War,Rongshi Enterprises have achieved unexpected success in Chongqing,Baoji,Chengdu and other places in the rear.As a result,centralized management has become a prominent issue in front of managers.Li Guowei,as general manager,established five companies in the rear and "General Management Office of five companies".So far,the expansion of Shensi system centered on Li Guowei in the rear area has been basically completed,and at the same time,it has laid seeds for the division of Rong’s enterprises.The regional estrangement caused by the war has made it inevitable for the factories under construction to seek independent development.In addition,the development of internal contradictions after the death of general manager Rong Zongjing,has gradually formed several business systems and developed their own.This leads to the adjustment and integration of the core management in Rongshi Enterprise.In the past,war and enterprises always mentionedthe destruction of war to enterprises,but in fact,the enterprises moved to the rear by Rong family provided us with a good case,and war also promoted enterprises to improve their operation and realize modernization.On the basis of previous relevant research,this paper combines the archives of Shensi,Fuwu and their affiliated enterprises of Wuhan archives and Chongqing archives,and other relevant historical materials such as periodicals,newspapers,books,modern literature and history materials and the Memoirs of the parties in the period of the Republic of China,taking the development of Shensi and Fuwu after their internal relocation as the main line,and makes an analysis of Shensi,Fuwu and other related historical materials,which took Li Guowei as the center after the outbreak of the all-round Anti Japanese war The development of fortune five and the adjustment of the core level of Rong’s enterprises are sorted out,and on this basis,a comprehensive study and analysis are carried out.This paper discusses how Li Guowei system chooses his father’s management experience and gradually begins to have some modern enterprise characteristics. |
