Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev(1891-1953)was a Soviet composer and pianist who played an important role in the development of modern music in the 20 th century.Prokofiev created a large number of different genres of music throughout his life,including symphonies,concertos,ballet,etc.,among which piano works run through.His piano works not only inherited the creation line of the classical period,but also reflected the bold and innovative creation technique.This paper takes Prokofiev's piano sketch Satire Op.17 as the research object,which is divided into introduction and three chapters,focusing on the in-depth research from the aspects of music analysis and performance analysis.The introduction mainly expounds the reason and significance of "Satire",and summarizes and sorts out the domestic and foreign research status of "Satire".The first chapter mainly introduces Prokofiev's life and piano works,and analyzes the background and main style characteristics of Satire.The second chapter mainly analyzes the composition structure,tonality and harmony,and the use of thematic materials from the perspective of music itself.The third chapter is the focus of the full text,through the detailed analysis of the music performance of five pieces,the percussion performance,lyric performance,long-distance big jump and pedal application and other aspects of the performance of the key points,in order to accurately express the music image.I hope my research can bring some inspiration and help to those who study this work.
