The Chinese language course for government officials of countries along the belt and road was founded by Huaqiao university in 2005 and has been held for 15 years.A total of 102 government officials from six countries in southeast Asia and seven countries in the United Arab Emirates will be enrolled in 2019.Chinese language courses for government officials of "Belt and Road" countries have trained more than 900 outstanding Chinese language talents for governments of nine countries in the world.The project has been expanding its influence,and more and more countries have participated in it.It is committed to cultivating Chinese friends who can actively participate in the modernization cause of their countries and the construction of "Belt and Road".Recessive curriculum refers to the implicit,unplanned and multidimensional cultural immersion learning experience acquired unconsciously outside the school explicit curriculum.For the government officials who come to China to study Chinese as a special learning group,there is a strong internal demand for the establishment and implementation of hidden courses.The training objectives of Chinese language courses for government officials can be subdivided into emotional attitude objectives,knowledge and culture objectives,skills and culture objectives,and people’s understanding objectives.In the realization of the above training objectives,the hidden curriculum can play a unique role.According to the survey,there are four types of hidden courses for Chinese language courses for government officials: language,culture,profession and communication.Starting from the evaluation mechanism of hidden curriculum,namely content dimension,cognition dimension,skill dimension and communication dimension,this paper makes an in-depth study on the benefits of the above four types of hidden curriculum to the realization of the training goal of government officials through content setting,teaching form and activity implementation.It is found that the implicit curriculum of government official class is classified into the formal system of talent cultivation of government official class.Cultural-type recessive curriculum is the most mature recessive curriculum,which satisfies the four dimensions of evaluation mechanism and has a wide range of contents.The two are mainly conducive to the realization of the knowledge and cultural objectives and skills of government officials.Vocational hidden courses satisfy the content dimension,cognitive dimension and communicative dimension of the evaluation mechanism,while communicative hidden courses satisfy the cognitive dimension and communicative dimension of the evaluation mechanism.Among them,the vocational hidden courses are mainly for the government police students,with strong pertinence,while the communicative hidden courses are not rich enough and need to be expanded.The two courses are mainly conducive to the realization of the emotional attitude goal and the goal of understanding the people.Based on the investigation of the results of learning effectiveness analysis of the four types of hidden curriculum,this paper analyzes the contributions and shortcomings of the existing hidden curriculum,and puts forward the ways and Suggestions to continue to develop the related hidden curriculum according to the different components,and takes the understanding of vinegar culture as an example to design the specific implementation content and corresponding evaluation of the hidden curriculum.
