Ding Ling is not only a famous writer in the history of modern and contemporary Chinese literature,but also an outstanding editor.Ding Ling's editing activities are interwoven in her nearly 60 years of stormy life,carrying out her literary concept and life pursuit.The publications she once edited provide an important reference for understanding her literary activities and illuminate her life path full of twists and turns and exploration.This paper mainly studies Ding Ling's early literary editing activities.During this period,Ding Ling has completed her identity as a petty-bourgeois from editing the fan-like Hong He Hei,Hong Hei,and Ren Jian to editing the "left-wing" organization publication Bei Dou.To the "screw" of the party,the literary spokesperson of the modern girl has become the mainstay of "left-wing" literature.This paper takes Ding Ling's early literary editing activities as the research object,and inquires about Ding Ling's thoughts and strategies in early editing from those old publications,and studies the complex relationship between Ding Ling's early literary editing activities and her ideological position and literary creation transformation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the basic situation of Ding Ling's early literary editing activities.Combined with Ding Ling's life experience,in the historical background of the late 1920s and the early 1930s,this paper explores why Ding Ling was associated with the journal,and expounds in detail the gathering and disappearing of Hong He Hei,Hong Hei,and Ren Jian to editing the "left-wing" organization publication Bei Dou,in order to establish the overall framework of Ding Ling's early literary editing activities,and on this basis summarizes her early distinctive personal editing features.Explained in detail to establish the overall framework of Ding Ling's early literary editing activities,and based on this,summarized Ding Ling's distinctive early personal editing features.As a writer-type editor,Ding Ling,whether it is an early fan-type newspaper or Leftist Association Period,has reflected her keen and unique critical vision and enthusiasm for bringing newcomers to the editor.In addition,she can tolerate in the editing dissent,this is the embodiment of Ding Ling's good quality as an editor,and also the reason why the publications she participated in editing,especially Bei Dou,succeeded.The second chapter mainly discusses Ding Ling's editorial ideas and literary creation when she edits the journals of the same character.As a marginal person in the literary world,Ding Ling first adhered to the concept of pure literature and emphasized the freedom of personal creation.However,with the development of editing activities,the anxiety of creation became more and more obvious.Ding Ling's editing concept and literary creation also changed and gradually moved towards the revolutionary trend of thought.The third chapter mainly discusses the transformation process of Bei Dou edited by Ding Ling.Ding Ling,before the editor in chief of Bei Dou,has identified with the revolution in concept.She is still a revolutionary "fellow traveler" in political identity and practical activities.It can be said that the process of editing Bei Dou is also the process of Ding Ling being "edited".In identity,she has realized the transformation from "fellow traveler" to "screw".In creation,she also conforms to the left-wing literary creation norms and completely has become a left-wing writer,but Ding Ling is facing a new creative dilemma.
