On The Road Series Of Group Painting Creation Report

Since 1980,when Chen Danqing’s "Tibetan group painting" caused a sensation,more and more artists have developed a strong interest in the mysterious land of Tibet,and groups of painters have gone into the homes of Tibetans to feel the unique charm of this nation.In October 2019,I went to Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture and other places to experience the unique regional customs of Tibet.I was deeply attracted and finally chose Tibetan characters as the content of my graduation work.In terms of artistic language,realism is more suitable for this subject.To this end,I have made an in-depth study of realistic painting and systematically consulted the works of outstanding domestic painters on the subject of Xizang,so as to provide references for my series of paintings on the road.This paper is mainly composed of four parts: creation origin,creation conception,original draft creation,and creation perception.The first part explains the inspiration of my graduation work,focusing on the development of the realistic painting school and the influence of Xizang themed works of outstanding domestic painters on my graduation work.The second part mainly discusses my elaboration on the theme of creation and picture composition in the stage of creative conception,as well as my initial attempt and reflection on the changes after preliminary material arrangement.The third part is the key chapter of this paper,which records the complete process of my graduation creation in detail,including the problems encountered in the creation process and the adjustment and improvement.The fourth part is after the end of the creation of my own creative feelings andconclusions.Due to my poor brushwork,there are inevitably some shortcomings in my paintings.However,through the creation of a series of paintings "on the road",I have systematically mastered the basic rules of creation,and made great progress in my creation level,and gained a lot.
