Study On The Iconicity Of Li Laoshi's Works

Image has an important meaning in traditional culture,which means the inner mind and the objective image.And Li laoshi's works also have a unique image,from the spiritual connotation to the form of expression.As a controversial artist,he has attracted the attention of the art world with his unique personal style and bold works.The series of "Ghost fight" and "Crippled lotus" created by Li laoshi have become his personal images,and his life experience has also carried foreshadowing for the formation of images in his works.The theme framework of this dissertation is arranged as follows:In the first chapter,the introduction summarizes the research purpose,research significance,research content,research method,research status at home and abroad and the innovation of this dissertation.The second chapter explains the image,this chapter first combed the representative "image" concept.The origin of "image" is discussed through mutual verification of Taoist thought and related literature.Secondly,it puts forward the value of "image".The painter creates works by means of the objective image,which implies to the object and expresses his will by the object,so as to show the spiritual realm of the unity of the object and the self.The third and fourth chapters are the key chapters of this dissertation.Chapter three discusses the origin of ghost image by means of literature analysis,explores the inspiration of Li he's ghost poetry to the meaning and Li laoshi's struggle to surpass fame and fortune.Finally,the purpose of the ghost image is analyzed.The self-talk in the works,as well as the dissatisfaction with life are expressed in the way of poetry and painting.Secondly,the consciousness feelings in the monks' works appear.Therefore,the essence of the image of ghost in the works is to:by the ghost metaphor people,by the ghost metaphor things,the way to cultivation.In chapter four,the image of residual load is examined and debated through the method of literature analysis,and the origin of the name "the Lord of the broken lotus hall" is analyzed,and the emphasis on "the broken lotus hall" is to show the reason that the "broken" is not broken.The lotus isn't a simple plant,but a tool for a through understanding of life.Finally,analyze the purpose of the image of residual lotus.The experience of residual lotus in the workconnects with the thought of temporary life,so that the burden in the heart will never fade,and anxiety and depression can be alleviated through the release of poetry and painting.Secondly,the foundation of drawing on the previous painting lotus can be changed into my own personality and creation of soul.Therefore,in essence,the image of residual lotus in the work aims to: penetrate life,residual lotus is like mirror,residual lotus contrasts ancient.The fifth chapter analyzes the influence and inspiration of Li's works.Finally,the remaining part of the dissertation summarizes the characteristics of reform and innovation under the premise of national style spirit and not abandoning tradition in Li laoshi's artistic thought.This dissertation makes an in-depth study on the ideality of Li's works.His works are full of dreariness,which is not only a skillful brush and ink technique,but also related to the painter's mood.The lotus and the ghost are two different artistic symbols,is the shadow of his mind.
