Research On The Female Image In Wang Xiaoyu's Novels

Wang Xiaoyu is a unique contemporary writer and a tenured professor of Communication College of East China Normal University.As a diligent writer,she has a wealth of books and literary works are widely circulated.She has a very high degree of identification,both in person and in writing.What makes her unique and special is not because of the large scale of description of the relationship between men and women in her works,nor in her profound statement,but in her unique and thought-provoking image of women in her works.Her creation and characterization from the unique perspective of women reflect the high value of beauty review and the writer's sense of social criticism,and enrich the women's Gallery of contemporary literature.This paper takes the female characters in Wang Xiaoyu's novels as the research object,and explores the female consciousness and literary value of the writers behind the shaping of female images by combing the literature and reading the text carefully.This paper includes three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.First of all,in the introduction part,it introduces the basis and significance of the topic,combs the current research status,and expounds the content and methods of the research.The main body of the thesis is divided into three chapters.The first part analyzes the types of female images in her novels.Through the repeated combing of the text,the author divides the women in her novels into three categories: the survival women under the etiquette system,the awakened women following their own feelings and the women fighting with modern female consciousness.The second chapter analyzes the causes of the female images in Wang Xiaoyu's novels from three aspects: the author's own growth experience,the unique perspective of female writers and the influence of the writer's female consciousness on the female images.The third chapter summarizes the aesthetic value and social value of the female images created by Wang Xiaoyu,as well as the richness of her unique female images to the female Galleries of contemporary literature.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes Wang Xiaoyu's achievements in female images building,and points out her idealization in creation.
