With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the level of people's income has increased year by year,and the cultural needs of the people have also increased year by year.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the main contradictions in the primary stage of China's socialism have been transformed into the contradictions between the people's increasing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development..At present,property service companies are vigorously carrying out community cultural service work,hoping to improve owners' evaluation through community cultural construction.In this context,this study draws on the theory of public cultural services,satisfaction,and loyalty,and constructs a SOR model of property service companies' community cultural services on the evaluation of owners.It conducts a detailed study of the impact of community cultural services on the evaluation of owners.Providing effective support for decision-making of service enterprises has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all,this study has integrated a set of community culture and owner evaluation research scales in accordance with the characteristics of the property industry by reading a lot of literature and drawing on relevant research results,and obtained 591 valid sample data through field research.Second,the community cultural services were divided into materials through exploratory factor analysis.Spiritual cultural service and institutional behavior cultural service are two dimensions,and research models and research hypotheses are constructed.Furthermore,path analysis and research hypothesis testing are conducted through structural equation models.Finally,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on the analysis results.The research results show that:(1)the impact of community cultural services provided by theproperty on the evaluation behavior of the owner can be explained using the SOR model;(2)good community cultural services have a positive impact on the owner's emotions,and the institutional behavior cultural service is the impact The main factors of the owner's emotions(3)Perceived value is the main factor for the improvement of the owner's satisfaction;the main factor that affects the loyalty when satisfaction.Based on the above research results,it is recommended that property service companies attach importance to community cultural services.The head office formulates corporate strategic planning goals and annual plans for community culture to grasp the overall direction;each branch and project department separately formulates implementation rules based on actual conditions;Supply,especially the supply of institutional behavior and cultural services;according to the needs of owners and property service companies,attach importance to the role of "circle",provide community cultural services in a targeted manner,increase the perceived value of owners,and enhance the evaluation of owners;The focus of improving the evaluation work is to increase satisfaction,attach importance to the impact of satisfaction on loyalty,and start from the satisfaction to increase the owner's loyalty.
