Abstract/Summary:
Information technology promotes the deepening of education reform and creates a new learning revolution,and the most obvious impact is the reform of educational content and the revolution of classroom teaching.And with the increasing internationalization and the changing world pattern,English has gradually developed into the first universal language in the world.There are many factors restricting students’ oral English learning in minority areas,such as information block,aging learning resources,inadequate multimedia facilities,serious aging of English teachers,and lack of foreign teachers.English teachers in these areas,especially rural teachers,general English professional quality is low,especially some old teachers’ degree is not high,lack of out on the opportunity to study further training again at the same time,lead to teach decades old knowledge basically no update,so suddenly impossible by self learning to improve professional quality.But with the spread of mobile devices,education in the frontier minority areas is seeing promise.According to the survey,mobile devices have been widely used in minority areas,and basically,all students have their own mobile devices.The "fluent English speaking" software based on mobile devices has the advantages of convenience and diversity,which can overcome the shortage of teachers and equipment resources in minority areas.However,whether oral English learning based on mobile devices can really improve the accuracy and efficiency of students’ oral English learning and thus improve their oral English ability needs further verification.Therefore,I established a comparative model of two classes to explore.The experimental class adopted software based on mobile learning equipment for oral English learning,while the control class adopted traditional English classroom teaching methods.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and experimental research to conduct experimental research.Before and after the experiment,I will distribute the corresponding scales and test questions to the control class and the experimental class,and then use SPSS to conduct data analysis,so as to discuss the changes of students’ interest in English learning,autonomous learning ability,self-assessment ability and oral English ability.During the experiment,I should accumulate experience and reflect on the experiment,timely deal with the problems encountered,and make a summary,so as to lay a good foundation for the application of mobile devices in oral English and accumulate experience for further research and application in the future.The ultimate purpose of the experiment is to make students and teachers re-examine oral English learning,re-value the role of oral English in English learning and verify the feasibility of introducing mobile devices into the classroom through the introduction of mobile devices.
