Research On Management Process Of Cultural Industry Project Of "Show Of Thousands" In Songcheng,Hangzhou

With the rapid development of China's national economy,the people's demand for spiritual culture is growing.People pay more and more attention to cultural consumption.Traveling abroad and enjoying performances have quietly become a popular lifestyle.The development of cultural industry has entered the fast lane.Cultural tourism performances in cultural industry projects thrive in this context.Songcheng Performing Arts is a "cultural tide" under the background of the development of the cultural industry.Its "show of thousands" project is a masterpiece of the current cultural industry performing arts projects.By integrating local national traditional cultural resources and the unique "theme park + cultural performing arts" model,the "show of thousands" project has blossomed in many places in China and has been widely praised,becoming a model of cultural heritage and commercial operation in China.However,we should also note that the current research on the "show of thousands" project is not in-depth,the theoretical research and commercial practice of the "show of thousands" project are not ideal enough,and the related research on the "show of thousands" project involving the project management process of cultural industry is in a blankstate.In view of the status quo,this paper combines Songcheng executive interviews and actual case analysis on the basis of research and analysis of Songcheng performance annual report,based on the creative value chain theory to sort out the specific management process of Songcheng “show of thousands”project.To clarify the pre-,mid-,and post-management of projects on the closed-loop industrial chain,and analyze the project creation and design,the creative-to-product process,and the reproduction output under the consumer terminal with content creative integration as the core,and sort out the complete Songcheng performing arts project management process.In the analysis,it is found that there is a lack of project feedback,strategic management misunderstanding,and light capital output risk in the process management of “show of thousands” project.After exploring the causes of the problems,it proposes and optimizes the “show of thousands”project management process.Starting with the representative cultural industry project of Songcheng "show of thousands",this paper analyses the problems existing in the management process of the current cultural industry project and makes corresponding optimizationsuggestions,which provides reference for other cultural industry projects in China,especially for performing arts projects.
