In 1998,the new era of Indonesian government began to lead and issue a new Chinese language education policy.The policy was applied to all regions.Chinese language schools gradually recovered throughout Indonesia.Two years later the recovery of Chinese language schools in the city of Singkawang also ran smoothly.Chinese language education in Singkawang city has been developing for nearly 20 years,and has fostered many Chinese talents for the people of Indonesia,and has made a positive contribution to the development of Chinese.However,Chinese language education in Singkawang is also facing great difficulties.These problems that point to the development of Chinese language education in singkawang urgently need to be resolved.This paper investigates the current situation of Singkawang Chinese language School and Chinese language teachers through a questionnaire,Found: In recent years,due to the lack of funds for running schools and the improper management of tutoring schools,the education of Chinese language teachers in Singkawang has caused the Chinese language teachers to fall only,The modern teaching equipment of the cram school is not perfect,the local teachers are lacking,and the growing Chinese companiesin Indonesia are taking away many young Chinese language teachers.Many reasons,such as less salary,have led to a serious loss of Chinese language teachers.In connection with the problem of losing teachers at Chinese lessons in Singkawang,the countermeasures and suggestions proposed in this paper are : Increase salary and strengthen guarantee;establish a reasonable salary system;build a reward system for Chinese language teachers.And this article puts forward the suggestion of unifying the local Chinese language teaching standards and hoping that the local education department supports Chinese language schools.In order to reform the training and training methods of local Chinese language teachers,this paper proposes: Establish a long-term and stable Chinese teacher training institution;reform the training model and refine the training content;Take multiple measures to form an organizational system to train academic teachers;pay attention to specific measures such as training of other ethnic Chinese teachers.The purpose of this study is to investigate the common crux of the loss of Singkawang Chinese language teachers.To find a solution to the problem of the loss of Singkawang Chinese teachers,ensure the continuous development and continuity of teachers.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems,so that the problem ofteacher shortages in Singkawang can be corrected,Improve the quality of teachers as a whole so that Singkawang Chinese language education can develop faster and better,Become an example of the development of Chinese language education in Indonesia.
