With the rapid development of the global economy,competition between various industries is becoming increasingly fierce.Innovation had become a key factor for enterprise to measure the competitiveness.However,employees' innovative behavior,which is not only the key to organizational innovation,but also the decisive factor for enterprises to maintained advantages and achieved success in the business environment.As an important environmental factor that affects employees' work behavior,the management style of leaders has an important impact on employees' innovative behavior.However,few studies had explored the relationship between leader integrity and employees' innovation behavior.Therefore,by discussing the process mechanism in which leader integrity affected employees' innovative behavior,it could be beneficial to enterprises and organizations to improve employees' innovative behavior and enrich the study of leadership theory,which had certain theoretical and practical significance.Under this background,based on social cognitive theory,this study used matched-employee-supervisor surveys to collect 410 valid matched data from enterprise staff in Guangzhou,Shenzhen,ChangSha and HengYang,Using SPSS19.0to explore the mechanism of leader integrity on employees' innovative behavior.The results showed that:(1)Leader integrity had a significant positive effect on employees' innovation behavior;(2)Leader integrity had a significant positive effect on creative process engagement;(3)Creative process engagement had a significant positive effect on employees' innovation behavior;(4)Creative process engagement had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between leader integrity and employees' innovation behavior;(5)Knowledge sharing climate had a moderating effect on the relationship between leader integrity and creative process engagement;(6)Knowledge sharing climate acted as a mediated-moderator,which moderated the relationship between leader integrity and employees' innovation behavior.The conclusion showed that: Leader integrity influenced the employees' innovation behavior through Creative process engagement,and this relationship was regulated by knowledge sharing climate,namely the more knowledge sharing climate was,the relationship between leadership integrity and the employees' innovation behavior would be more obvious.Finally,the shortcomings and future directions of this research were discussed.
