Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Of Music Cultural Activities In Urban Communities

In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,develop and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to promote the modernization of social governance capacity and governance system.General secretary Xi Jinping further pointed out that the grass-roots level is the foothold for all work,and the focus of social governance must fall to the urban and rural communities.So community governance is particularly critical,The community music cultural activities take music as the content and activity as the way,aiming at improving people’s aesthetic ability and edifying sentiment,shaping personality,comprehensively improving national quality and promoting the modernization of national governance.The development of community music cultural activities has a positive impact on both a society and individuals,In this study,xuetangpo community,longwanggang community and Xiangqiao community in Changsha were selected as research communities.These three communities have their ownsimilarities and characteristics in the process of community music cultural activities.First of all,the author communicates with the community leaders through interview,and understands and grasps the strategies and current situation of the three communities when they carry out the community music and cultural activities;secondly,the author compares and studies the methods and methods adopted by the three communities when they carry out the community music and cultural activities through comparative method,and extracts the reference ways and existing problems;finally,the author summarizes the research letters Information and relevant data put forward optimization ideas one by one for the problems found.This paper is divided into the following parts:Introduction: it mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,literature review and research methods used in this paper.Chapter One introduces the community music cultural activities,including the definition of the concept,the role of community music cultural activities,as well as the theoretical basis for the development of community music cultural activities.The importance of carrying out communitymusic cultural activities is illustrated by understanding the community music cultural activity and the function value of the community music cultural activity.Chapter Two introduces the current situation of communities in three cities selected by the author and theirmusic cultural activities.The reasons for the differencescaused are analyzes through comparing the similarities and differences of music cultural activities in each community.Chapter Three focuses on the problems shown in the development of urban community music cultural activities in the research,which are summed up as incompleteunderstanding in theory,a lack of resources in practice and a lack of institutional planning in management.The causes of the problems above are further analyzed according to the references and research information.Chapter Four puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problems shown in Chapter Three by combining effective information obtained from references and relevant information obtained from investigation,meanwhile it also discusses the strategies to promote the vigorous development of community music cultural activities,and puts forward the development mode of community music cultural activities that can be usedfor reference.Based on the background of building a learning society,this paper takes musicology and pedagogy as the theoretical basis,Community governance as an innovative starting point combining with the practice of community music cultural activities,and puts forward the activity strategies of community music cultural activities.The purpose is to provide solutions for the problems shown in the development of community music cultural activities,so as to promote the development of community music cultural activities,to give full play to the function of community music cultural activities,and to promote the construction of a learning society.
