The third century A.D.was a time of turmoil for the Roman Empire. There is a political and economic crisis inside and a strong enemy, the enemy and the enemy. How to rectify the turbulent order at home and abroad and re establish the authority of the Roman Empire at home and abroad is the core task of the head of state in power in that period. When aurelianus came to rule(A.D.270-275),he inherited and summarized the continuous exploration of the head of state since Septimus seviru, realized the short-term rejuvenation of the empire through the internal new deal and the external defense against the strong enemies, and laid a solid foundation for daikeri to establish the monarchy centralized system. For this reason, focusing on aurelianus, observing the Roman Empire in the third century A.D.and discussing its merits and demerits in reviving the Roman Empire are not only to systematically sort out the exploration of the head of state in the reconstruction of centralization and getting out of the national predicament in this period,or to better understand the historical basis of the transformation from the Yuan Dynasty to the monarchy. The first chapter of the thesis starts with the crisis of the third century AD,and divides it into two parts: domestic and foreign. It discusses the difficulties faced by aurelianus before he became the Roman Empire, and the exploration and gain and loss of the reconstruction of centralization and the maintenance of territorial integrity by the head of state since Septimus seviru.Among them, from the perspective of the relationship between the head of state and the army, the relationship between the central government and the local government, this paper focuses on the causes of the decline of centralization in the third century A.D.The second chapter discusses aurelianus' s life and political measures. In the part of political measures, first of all,it studies aurelianus' s barbarian policy and the decision to give up Dacia, points out the adverse effects brought by the long Roman border, and discusses aurelianus' s solution to the border problem;second,it explores aurelianus' s currency system reform, through the study of aurelianus' s currency system reform,it analyzes Rome's economic collapse in the third century The reasons for the expansion of goods and the causes and consequences of aurelianus' s solution to this problem are discussed in detail;thirdly, the process of aurelianus' s re unification of Rome is described in detail, and the reasons for aurelianus' s unification of Rome are explored;finally, the religious policies of Rome during aurelianus period and their influence on the later generations are explored, and how the divine system of Roman monarchy is discussed in Austria In the era of lerian. The third chapter evaluates the merits and demerits of aurelianus' s administration.Aurelianus, who was in power and attached great importance to internal affairs and border defense, made great achievements and achieved a brief revival of the Roman Empire. He further consolidated the achievements of the former heads of state in maintaining the security of the frontier.Although he did not fundamentally change the situation of the passive defense of the Roman Empire,he provided a favorable external environment for the reform of Diocletian.Aurelianus' s important contribution to the Roman Empire was to eliminate the local separatist forces and realize the re unification of the Empire. Moreover, his series of policies for the reconstruction of centralization were not only a systematic summary of the exploration of the head of state in the third century A.D.,but also a foundation for Diocletian to establish the central centralization of the monarchy. The conclusion of this paper is that the Renaissance of Roman Empire under the rule of aurelianus marks the end of the old era and the opening of the new era. When the tradition of the system of heads of state gradually disappeared and the Roman Empire was no longer within the weijiahai sea,the political and economic unity and vitality of the Mediterranean world could still be stimulated under the system established by Diocletian, which was the fundamental driving force for the survival of the Roman Empire.
