As a representative tourism product of Hainan tourism performing arts and even the National tourism performing arts,"The Romantic show of Sanya" has become more and more popular with tourists due to its rapid development in recent years,with its outstanding research value.From the perspective o f tourists,this paper discusses the satisfaction of performance,on the one han d,it continues to promote the in-depth development of performance;on the other hand,it provides reference for similar domestic tourism performing arts.In this study,we use qualitative research method combining quantitative research method.In the qualitative research part,the interview outline is designed by using the literature method and collecting and combing the relevant data.Then through the interview method,the creators of "The Romantic show of Sanya",scenic area managers,tour guides,tourists and experts of art colleges were interviewed semi-structured to obtain the first-hand information.Combing the online evaluation data of tourists’ opinions on performance,and using the grounded theory for research,combining the previous research results,professional knowledge of performance and the author’s own understanding,soliciting expert opinions,we can draw different levels of indicators that can be used as questionnaire design.Finally according to customer satisfaction theory,ACSI model and grounded research results,we construct the evaluation model and index system.In the part of quantitative research,firstly,After collection of data by using the questionnaire,analysis were carried out by using SPSS software.Finally,the IPA two-dimensional quadrant positioning map is drawn,and the satisfaction results of different quadrants are obtained.This article discusses the satisfaction of tourists in the performing art "The Romantic show of Sanya" through empirical research.From the qualitat ive research and the quantitative research results based on a rich supply of data,the conclusion of tourists’ satisfaction is scientifically concluded.The research indicates that,the satisfaction rate of tourists is 80.3%,loyalty rate is 55.8%,and complaint rate is 7.8%.There are seven performance indicators with high tourists’ satisfaction,including actors’ input and stage design;five performance indicators with low tourists’ satisfaction,including seat visio n and cultural connotation.Tourists are very satisfied with the performance,but there is still space for improvement in satisfaction.At last,this research deduces the macro success factors of "The Romantic show of Sanya" through scientific logic deduction method,including planning accuracy and management in place;micro success factors including actors’ dedication and stage mobility;six strategies to further improve the tourists’ satisfaction,including preserving authenticity and digging into cultural connotation;and six successful experiences that can be used for reference by similar tourism performing arts products,including integration of artistry and commerciality,and the satisfaction of revisitors.
