As an important part of music education,social music education plays an important role in popularizing and promoting the development of music education.School music training institutions as a social music education form of bearing,with the diversification of teaching object,the diversification of forms of openness,teaching content etc,in individual school music education of music knowledge and skills,to improve the ability of music,rich music practice experience provides more learning opportunities,set up a wider platform music learning and practice.As an important part of the excellent musical culture of the Chinese nation,zither music culture not only embodies the artistic charm of the zither itself,but also embodies the spiritual and cultural connotation endowed by the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.It is a form of musical culture and art expression that embodies the essence of the excellent traditional musical culture of the Chinese nation.With the state vigorously advocating the inheritance of folk music culture and people’s continuous attention to quality education and aesthetic education,the number of people learning zither is increasing day by day.As an important way to inherit zither music culture,music training institutions outside the school have been flourishing and developed.However,off-campus teaching children zither music training institutions in the process of rapid development has also exposed some teaching utilitarian thoughts more serious,zither teachers management is weak,need to solve the problems such as the imperfection of the teaching content,if we do not face up to and solve these problems,it will affect the healthy development of children’s zither teaching in music training institutions outside school,which is not conducive to the good inheritance of zither music culture.In this paper,the external music training institutions jinan,jinan social zither music training institutions outside the development of education has carried on the comb,with questionnaire investigation,interview method,observation method and other methods of different levels,different sizes of the typical jinan school music training organization investigation,investigation content includes teachers’ basic information management,zither teachers and students,the zither teaching situation,based on the survey results and analysis,explore the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to promote school children zither music training institutions teaching more scientific,standard,and healthy development of the To promote the further development of social music education in China.
