In Ming Dynasty,Huguanghang Provincial Sentencing Envoy General was one of the Ming Dynasty Sentencing Envoy General, and Sentencing Envoy General was an important component of the Ming Dynasty legal system. In the Ming Dynasty,Huguanghang Provincial Sentencing Envoy was set up on the basis of various dynasties since the Tang Dynasty, combining the current situation of the collapse of official governance with Zhu Yuanzhang's ruling ideas of "emphasizing the rule of officials" and "the pre-Zhenggang Period".Its subsidiary organs and officials include procuratorial envoys(names of sentences, impeachments),Deputy procuratorial envoys(subordinate inspection),parole(subordinate inspection),experience(in charge of documents),governor(assistant experience),care grinding(institutional audit),procuratorial school(assistant grinding),prison(in charge of prison affairs),who are responsible to the central authorities and have the functions of correcting and supervising the local judiciary at the same time.Local officials in Qing Dynasty played a certain role in governing and maintaining social development in Huguang area. However, due to the system of "three divisions of capital, cloth and press",there are some limitations in dealing with local emergencies. Moreover, the corruption of the procurator-general in the mid and late Ming Dynasty is serious, which leads to the expansion of the right to patrol. Thus, its limitations as a feudal bureaucracy can be seen.As an important part of China's legal history,it is also the highest organ in the local supervisory organs of the Ming Dynasty. The supervisory system of the Ming Dynasty is composed of the capital procuratorate and the patrol imperial history.Compared with the previous dynasty, its system is more complete, its functions are more standardized and unified, and its institutions are more organized.Compared with the early period of the legal system construction in the Ming Dynasty, its supervisory power was weakened constantly in the middle and late period, and the centralization of power was strengthened in the local decentralization and checks and balances, which consolidated the feudal rule. The supervision system constructed by the Procuratorate of the Capital, the Royal Patrol, the Sentencing Envoy and the thought of "emphasizing the rule of officials" are of positive significance for maintaining the stability of local society, ensuring the orderly and healthy development of local society, and for the construction of the legal system.
