The Ming Dynasty imperial clan is an unique breakthrough point to understand that the Ming Dynasty society, this article take the Huguang this specific region's imperial clan as the research spot, through analyzes the influence of Huguang imperial clan to local place, explore the imperial clan's life condition of the Ming Dynasty, then understanding the role of imperial clan which plays in the whole Ming Dynasty.The Ming Dynasty there are 19 princes enfeoffed in Huguang totally, which extend huge imperial clan community. They are in the local as the noble, cannot practice four kinds of character. Eats, lives, the marriage, sickness, sacrifice, bury and so on, each kind of life with completely depending on the local officials and people, meanwhile either rob or seize massive private lands, invades the store duty tax, creates the ruinous attack for the provincial economy. The Huguang imperial clan has successional variation process in the local political power, the disturbance administration, the humiliation government officer, destroyed the local administrative order seriously. They can only carry on the public relations through marriage or culture communication, these two public relations let the imperial clan which is stuck in a city have the wide range contact opportunity, caused them to melt gradually to the local society. As a result of each kind of reason, the Huguang imperial clan is domineering and tyrannical in the local, to do all kinds of evil things, violates the law and contrary to reason, destroy the place social order seriously. Although they have certain positive role in the stimulation urban construction and carries forward in the local culture, but comparatively, through the whole Ming Dynasty, their influence to Huguang may use "the disaster" to describe.
