Research On The Sixth National Labor Congress Of China

The working class is the main force for the development of the communist party of China and plays a key role in the development of modern China.Long before the founding of the communist party of China,the kuomintang,the bourgeoisie,the anarchists and some of the bureaucrats had noticed the power of the Chinese working class.With the development of China’s modern industry,the ranks of the working class are also growing.In the period of the war of liberation,the power of the Chinese working class was further demonstrated.This paper traces back to the first five national labor congress held in 1920s,and makes a detailed textual research and discussion on its historical background,main documents adopted,main contents of the conference,as well as its historical influence at that time.On this basis,the author makes an in-depth research and analysis on the historical background and reasons of the sixth national labor congress held in 1948,so as to lay a solid foundation for the preparation,agenda and historical significance of the sixth national labor congress.On the basis of the previous phase,the article detailed textual research is mainly focused on the preparations for the sixth national work conference,to attend an important leader,sixth national work conference agenda,as well as meeting to make important decisions,such as joining the world councils,restore the all-china federation of trade unions,the rules for the rights of workers,a full range of research all aspects of the sixth national Labour congress,it is also a focus in this paper.On the basis of the previous textual research,first of all,the economic and political achievements of the fifth national labor conference and the sixth national labor conference,as well as the social environment they faced,were comprehensively compared,so as to improve the understanding and understanding of the sixth national labor conference.Compared with the previous five national labor conferences,this one made more efforts to improve the status of the working class and protect the rights and interests of workers.Secondly,in contrast with the kuomintang’s attitude and policies towards the working class,it highlights the correctness of the communist party’s policies towards workers.Finally,the article clarified the significance and achievement of the sixth national labor congress.The sixth national labor conference was held during the period of the war of liberation.It was another national labor conference held 19 years later under the leadership of the communist party of China after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The sixth national labor congress at that time achieved important achievements,mainly reflected in the first,clear workers’ status and protect workers’ rights;Second,it promoted the smooth progress of the war of liberation and accelerated the downfall of Chiang kai-shek’s government.Third,it strengthens the connection between the Chinese labor movement and the international labor movement.In a word,the sixth national labor congress played an important guiding role at that time,like a "lighthouse",lighting up the road ahead of workers.
