Cultural Heritage And Experience Design Of Fengxiang Clay Sculpture From The Perspective Of Service Design

Fengxiang clay sculpture is an excellent traditional folk arts and crafts in Fengxiang area of Shaanxi Province.It is made of animals or mythical and legendary figures and made of local unique clay.It has a high value of art collection.However,with the development of the times,more and more young people are no longer engaged in clay sculpture industry,and now they are also facing many development problems such as poor user experience,inheritance and dating of clay sculpture culture.Based on this background,from the perspective of service design,the paper considers how Fengxiang clay sculpture should inherit and provide consumers with a deep experience of the culture.This paper studies the origin,development status,production technology and modeling characteristics of Fengxiang clay sculpture,analyzes the development problems existing in the existing business model of Fengxiang clay sculpture and some pain points and needs in the process of user tourism experience.Based on the detailed analysis and evaluation of each production link in the production process of Fengxiang clay sculpture,the user's favorite links such as Chui mud link,clay sculpture prototype production link and clay sculpture drawing link are selected for the design of Fengxiang clay sculpture culture immersion experience Museum.The experience hall provides visitors with a variety of clay sculpture cultural experience projects such as Fengxiang clay sculpture cultural cognitive experience area,Fengxiang clay sculpture cultural virtual experience area,Fengxiang clay sculpture cultural active experience area,Fengxiang clay sculpture culture and surrounding product experience area.In this paper,the operation mode and service mode of Fengxiang clay sculpture cultural experience museum are planned,and volunteers are paid to conduct virtual user experience and user satisfaction survey and evaluation on the design of the whole experience Museum.Through the design of clay sculpture culture experience hall,we can provide users with comprehensive and diversified experience projects,so as to help the inheritance and dissemination of Fengxiang clay sculpture culture,and bring new vitality and attraction to the development of Fengxiang clay sculpture culture.
