Study On The Optimization Of H.Brothers Financing Strategy Based On Sustainable Growth

Information globalization has brought the rapid development of the network industry.The new media industry has replaced the old media industry development mode.Relying on the strong network resources,it has ushered in a new development opportunity.The strategy of cultural power proposed by our government has brought a series of new industrial support policies for the media industry,and the huge market demand in China has also provided a wide audience for the media industry.With the rapid development of information technology in recent years,the domestic media industry has grown rapidly.Following the demand of the market environment,media enterprises have started a series of mergers and acquisitions,listing and overseas market exploration since the beginning of the 21 st century.With the development opportunities,there are higher risks.The capital demand of media enterprises is large and investment is high,so relevant enterprises cannot coordinate and progress with the vigorous development of the industry.The development of some media enterprises is limited by financing channels in the dilemma,some enterprises are faced with the dilemma that the financing strategy cannot coordinate the development of enterprises.The academic circles pay more and more attention to the financing problems faced by media enterprises.H.Brothers has excellent performance in enterprise capital operation,and has always been a representative of media enterprises in China.This paper takes H.Brothers as a case company,takes its financing strategy as the research object,adopts the methods of case study,and mainly studies the financing strategy selection of H.Brothers under the condition of sustainable growth.First of all,by combing the domestic and foreign literature of sustainable growth theory and financing strategy,and integrating relevant concepts,after analyzing the current financial situation and financing strategy of H.Brothers,we can find the problems existing in the financing strategy of H.Brothers.Then,we use Higgins' s sustainable growth model to analyze the development of H.Brothers,and calculate the sustainable growth Comparing the long rate with the actual growth rate,this paper puts forward the financing strategies that enterprises should adopt in different situations,and points out that enterprises should pay attention to the use of internal financing,use the financing methods reasonably,arrange the financing strategies reasonably according to the sustainable growth rate,and put forward to formulate the reasonable operation strategy and diversified financing strategy,and combine development with risk control Combining and improving the corporate governance structure and other specific safeguard measures.
