The Financing Capability Assessment Of Creative Enterprises And Its Application In Huayi Brothers

With the development of economy, the effect of the economic growth caused by creative economy are more and more obvious. The local governments of our country also focus on the creative economy. And make policies to support the development of creative enterprises.Although creative enterprises are in a good social environment. Creative enterprises still confronted with many difficulties in the process of development. Because of the uncertainty and particularity of the creative enterprises, many enterprises have difficulties of financing. It has been becoming a primary problem to be solved to improve the enterprise’s financing ability and broaden the financing channels. But it is difficult to assess the financing ability of creative enterprise because of the uncertainty. This uncertainty has brought the potential value of the enterprise. To assess the financing capability, On the basis of existing research in China and abroad, I builted some assessment indicators to assess financing capability. Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to empower these indicators. And to calculate the financing capacity in 2009-2013. Then Analysis the change trend of financing ability. On this basis, to better analysis the stand or fall of financing ability, I introduced the fuzzy evaluation method. Combined with the weight of indicators and the scores made by experts. We can evaluate the levels of financing ability of Huayi brothers.The fuzzy evaluation method can not exist alone from analytic hierarchy process (ahp). Using the fuzzy evaluation method to assess Huayi brothers’ financing capability. I found there is a large variation of the financing ability in these five years. So I must analyze the causes for the changes of financing ability, then provide some advices to improve the ability of financing and choose the best financing way.
