There are many types of complex sentences in Chinese.The marked Shuncheng complex sentence is a sentence which uses the related words between successive clauses.At present,there is not much research on the acquisition of marked complex sentences by foreign students for second language teaching researchers.This paper takes the students of Elementary Class B,Intermediate Class and Advanced Class of the College of Overseas Education of Yangzhou University as the object of investigation to analyze the correct and errors in using the marked Shuncheng complex sentences,then discusses the reasons and put forward specific teaching suggestions so as to improve the teaching efficiency of marked Shuncheng complex sentences.The introduction part of the paper expounds the reasons for selecting the topic from the perspective of second language acquisition,and then combs the previous research results on related words of complex sentences,Shuncheng complex sentences and marked complex sentences.Combining with the bias error study of Chinese Shuncheng complex sentences and teaching research,etc.,it clarifies the scope of the study and uses methods such as questionnaire survey,quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis,comparative analysis to proceed to the following steps.The first chapter firstly analyzes the characteristics of the marked Shuncheng complex sentences and makes a detailed introduction of Shuncheng markers.Secondly,the contents of the marked Shuncheng complex sentences in the four teaching syllabuses in China are investigated,and it is found that the grammatical items of Shuncheng markers in each syllabus are relatively few and they are roughly same in the elementary and intermediate stage,so then we determine the research object of this paper.After inspecting the "HSK Standard Course",it is found that this textbook has certain rationality in the selection,arrangement order and practice settings of the marked Shuncheng complex sentences,but there are also some shortcomings.By using the method of questionnaire survey,the second chapter analyzes the overall situation of foreign students’ acquisition of the marked Shuncheng complex sentences,the impact of learning Chinese time on acquisition,the differences in the correct use,types and characteristics of errors in using marked Shuncheng complex sentences.The analysis shows that students’ choice of marked Shuncheng complex sentences presents different tendencies on the whole and the level.Among Shuncheng markers,"ranhou" "jiu" are used most frequently,and students at each stage tend to choose the corresponding level of related markers to make sentences.The time spent in learning Chinese has a certain impact on the acquisition of marked Shuncheng complex sentences:the longer the learning time is,the better the acquisition effect will be.The types of errors mainly include substitution,omission,addition and erroneous order,which shows a high error rate of substitution and erroneous order.The third chapter analyzes the reasons for the errors of the marked Shuncheng complex sentence from the external and internal perspectives,and puts forward some suggestions for class teaching and textbook compilation.For example,the content of teaching should be selective;situational teaching should be adopted;errors in the classroom should be dealt with in a timely manner;the sequence of the marked Shuncheng complex sentences should be flexibly arranged according to students’learning;do more good practice.Finally,this paper summarizes the main conclusions of this article from the perspective of students’ correct acquisition of Chinese marked Shuncheng complex and bias errors,and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the aspects to be improved in the future.
