Abusive supervision was defined as a typical destructive behavior,has received scholars' attention and research.Previous studies have shown that abusive supervision will not only have a variety of negative effects on subordinates and organizations,but also have a positive effects in some cases.This study finds that abusive supervision also has an impact on abuser.However,there are few researches on the impact of abusive supervision on managers,and the research on this aspect has not formed a complete and mature system.Based on the perspective of managers,we explored the relationship of managers' abusive supervision behavior,subordinates' resistance behavior,managers' internal and external,managers' guilt,and personalized care behavior.this article recruited 58 managers and 142 direct subordinates from a group in Zhumadian City,Henan Province fist time,and recruited 307 managers online second time.After research,the main results of this paper are as follows:1.Managers' abusive supervision behavior has a positive predictive on their guilt;managers' abusive supervision behavior has a negative predictive on personalized care behavior.2.Subordinates' resistance and managers' internal and external attribution have a chain mediating effect between managers' abusive supervision and their guilt.3.Subordinates' resistance,managers' internal and external attributions,and managers' guilt have a multiple chain mediating effects on managers' abusive supervision behavior and personalized care behavior.Through this study,this paper explores the impact of abusive supervision behavior on managers' guilt and personalized care behavior.The results show that abusive supervision behavior can positively predict managers' guilt and negatively predict managers' personalized care behavior to subordinates.This study enriches the research content of abusive management,increases the width of abusive management research,and is of great significance to managers' organizational management activities. |
