Prediction Of Personality Traits In Practice Innovation By Virtue And Character Strengths

College students are the backbone of China’s socialist construction.Training students’practical and innovative ability is an inevitable requirement of national development.In recent years,due to fierce international competition and talents being the primary productive forces,university education is also cultivating the core literacy of college students’ development practice innovation.With the increasing application of positive psychology,this discipline is combined with the development of college students’ practice and innovation,in order to use the virtue and character strengths of college students to predict the personality traits of practice and innovation,and to develop practical innovation literacy by cultivating personality advantages.In this paper,from the large database of college students N83065 in 46 universities in Shaanxi,about 1%of the sample size of 878 people were randomly selected for empirical analysis.Mainly using the method of literature review at home and abroad in recent 10 years,especially in recent 5 years Chinese academic circles on the "positive psychology"," College students’ core literacy"," Core literacy","Virtue and character strengths","College students practice innovation" and "Innovative personality" and other research results make summary,summarized and reviewed in this paper;using the method of questionnaire on "shaanxi college psychological health education questionnaire" big data sampling survey,questionnaire related scale includes:college students’ character strengths scale,college students’ practice innovation scale,which were used to measure the character strengths and practice innovation of college students,the character strengths predict the practical innovation literacy.Based on the conclusion of multivariate linear statistical analysis of survey results,This article discusses the practical innovations and character strengths of boys and girls,with their respective advantage;the personality traits of college students’ practice and innovation are manifested in the character of cognition,will,morality and transcendence;the personality traits of college students’ practice and innovation are different in the liberal arts;science and engineering majors and between different types of schools;and put forward work suggestions from the five aspects of initiative training,curriculum setting,teacher guidance,personal experience,private college reform,and core traits cultivation.
