Research On The Influencing Factors Of Financing Difficulties Of Cultural And Creative Enterprises In The Initial Stage

With the improvement of people's living standards,under the joint action of material civilization and spiritual civilization,cultural and creative industries have become one of the important industries of the national economy,and the development is particularly rapid.As a strategic emerging industry,cultural and creative industry is a kind of intellectual industry,its "light assets" characteristics are more faced with financing difficulties than other industries.At present,cultural and creative enterprises have sprung up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.A large number of cultural and creative enterprises in the initial period of development are facing the biggest bottleneck,that is,the problem of financing difficulties.Then,this paper will study the influencing factors of the financing predicament of cultural and creative enterprises in the initial stage,and help enterprises to solve the financing difficulties,so that enterprises and the whole industry can be developed healthily.First of all,on the basis of literature research and theoretical research,this paper determines the 22 influencing factors of the financing predicament of cultural and creative enterprises through expert interviews,and formulates a questionnaire.Secondly,through obtaining the research data of 126 cultural creative enterprises in the national creative park,this paper analyzes the basic situation,financing realistic characteristics and existing main problems of the cultural creative enterprises in the initial stage,and analyzes the influencing factors of the financing.It obtains 5 principal components after reducing the dimension of the complex 22 influencing factors.Finally,combined with the reality,the five main influencing factors are analyzed step by step.The results show that the realistic characteristics and main problems of financing of cultural and creative enterprises in the initial stage are as follows: the purpose of financing is wide;the main financing channels are single;the amount of financing demand is not high and the term is short;it is generally considered difficult to evaluate the difficulty of bank loan financing.The five main influencing factors of the financing predicament of cultural and creative enterprises in the initial stage are as follows: the loan threshold of financial institutions is high,the lack of high-quality and innovative talents,the lack of management and profitability of enterprises,the lack of policy support,and the limitation of industrial particularity.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the government,financial institutions and enterprises themselves.If culturaland creative enterprises want to be based on long-term development,they not only need scientific financing strategy,but also need to improve their self-innovation ability and management level.And it can not be separated from the guiding role of the government to the cultural and creative industry policy and the support of financial institutions.
