An Analysis On Wang Jianzhong's Five Yunnan Folk Songs And Suite

This paper researched Wang Jianzhong's two piano works in different periods,as we know the piano music "five Yunnan Folk Songs" and "Suite".Under the background of Chinese piano music's development,Chapter 1 introduced the creation history of Wang Jianzhong's piano compositions.Chapter 2 made a comprehensive music analysis of each movement of the two works.Chapter 3 generalized a conclusion of the composing techniques of two works,from structure layout,tonality comparison,pentatonic tendency,sound imitation and harmony application.Chapter 4 compared performance skills of two works,from melody lines,rhythm grasp,inner music shaping and national interpretation.Through the research on creation and performance,this paper tried to find out the development track and the internal meaning of the commonness and personality of Wang Jianzhong's works,and strived to clarify the profound connotation of the national development of Chinese piano music.
